It is already there. Sometimes “covered by a bushel”. All we need to do is to remove it in order to make your light shine again.

In my coaching sessions I give you the time and leisure, but especially the private space you need to look at ourselves again in the right light.

You know the answers and solutions themselves best. There is no better expert for you than yourself.

I will help you to ask the right questions, propose ways before and accompany you to a certain extent in these ways.

Fatigue, pain, discomfort, resignation, defence are often a sign of our inner insecurity, lack of confidence in ourselves.
Also insufficient free space, constraints and rules prevent us from taking advantage of development opportunities.

These constraints come from outside (parents, partners, bosses, colleagues, “the others,” someone”), often we are expanding our borders ourselves. (” … it has not been working before…” … I’m to stupid to… “, ” … I could be really embarrassed “).

The standards we set ourselves often hinder more than inspire.

These are barriers we must identify and recognize .

Only then we can deal with them.
